Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide:

  • Within India

Shipping of our products within India is at a nominal fee. As our outfits are voluminous and flary, we make sure it gets delivered in a healthy environment.

  • International Shipping

For international deliveries, the shipping cost is Rs. 10,000/- per outfit. However, for bulk orders, you can directly contact us on WhatsApp with our sales executive team and the shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package and the country where the delivery is being dispatched to. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed holidays.

Customs and Import Duties:

  • Most countries ship their products on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means the prices of products displayed on their website are exclusive of all import duties.
  • As per our policy, User(s) are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country. The payment of all these duties and taxes as applicable in your country is necessary at the time of delivery to release your order from customs on arrival of the delivery package.

Processing Time:

  • Once User(s) place an order, the team of Kundans will begin processing it within 7 business days.
  • The processing includes designing, tailoring (if applicable), quality control, and packaging.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Generally, the estimated delivery time of our products is 40 to 60 business days but for early deliveries you can contact us on WhatsApp.
  • These are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond the control of Kundans, such as customs processing and local postal delays.
  • Delivery can be affected in the following cases:

- Kundans does not receive the complete payment in advance.

- There is an incorrect/inaccurate address details of the User(s).

- The measurements provided by the User(s) are incorrect/inaccurate.

- There is no response from the User(s) while contacting him/her.

Order Tracking:

Once the order of User(s) has been shipped, the User(s) will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of their package. This allows the User(s) to monitor the progress of their shipment until it reaches their doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Package:

In the rare event if the package of User(s) is lost or damaged during transit, User(s) must contact the customer support team of Kundans immediately. Kundans will work with User(s) to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Governing Law and Disputes:

  • The Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from the Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.


  • Kundans reserve the right to amend Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Web Site.
  • Your use of the Web Site or continued use of our service after any changes means that you agree to be bound by those changes. Kundans will not be responsible for any changes or interruptions in the Web Site. Kundans will not notify you of the changed terms at any time.
