How can I Track my order?
Once the order of User(s) has been shipped, the User(s) will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of their package. This allows User(s) to monitor the progress of their shipment until it reaches their doorstep.

We have a nominal fee for our domestic deliveries.

The shipping cost for each outfit is Rs10,000/- However, for bulk orders you can directly contact us on whatsapp with our salesexecutive team and the shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the package and the country where the delivery is being dispatched to We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed holidays.

Yes, you can collect your online order at any of Kundans Bridal Couture retail stores. Please ensure to contact our Customer Care Team on whatsapp and inform them about your preferred store for delivery within 24 hrs of placing the order.

Generally, the estimated delivery time is 40-to 60 business days but for early deliveries you can contact us on whatsapp.

How do I take care of my products?
All products are dry clean only, No Handwash or machine wash no tumble dry. No steam iron/flat iron on embroidery or polymer strips.
Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
All our attires are handcrafted in house at our studio.We assure that the outfits are shot in ordinary light giving colours realest and closest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
Is there cash on delivery?
Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full advance payment.
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
